Aaron Millman

Aaron D. Millman is the Chair of the firm's Elder Law & Life Care Planning Group. He devotes his practice to serving the needs of the elderly population as well as individuals with special needs. He guides clients through the intricacies of matters including long-term care, disability planning, care management coordination, advance directives and Medicaid planning. Mr. Millman is also an Accredited Attorney before the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs.

Mr. Millman also practices in the area of Estate Planning, specifically focusing his practice on the preparation of wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, as well as the implementation of a wide variety of techniques designed to minimize taxes and provide for future generations.

Mr. Millman is a graduate of the Florida Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).

Active throughout the community, Mr. Millman currently serves as a board member of the Adolph & Rose Levis Jewish Community Center of Boca Raton and is a member of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County. Mr. Millman is also the Founder and Co-Chair of the Jewish Legacy Advisors Team of Palm Beach County.

Mr. Millman is a "Triple Gator", graduating cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College Of Law and receiving both his Bachelor and Master Degrees in Accounting from the University of Florida. He is admitted to the Florida Bar and is a Florida Certified Public Accountant.
