Allison H. Scott
As a member of the firm’s Estate Planning Group, Allison H. Scott focuses on the preparation of wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, advanced health care directives as well as the implementation of a wide variety of techniques designed to minimize taxes and provide for future generations.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Scott worked in a boutique estate planning law firm and as a law clerk to The Honorable Annette M. Rizzo of the First Judicial District in Philadelphia, gaining invaluable experience in numerous areas of civil law including probate. Throughout law school, she served as the managing editor of the Environmental Law Journal and devoted much of her time to the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.
Ms. Scott is a graduate of the Master of Laws in Estate Planning program of the University of Miami School of Law. She earned her Juris Doctor as a Dean’s Merit Scholar from Villanova University School of Law and her bachelor of science from Clemson University where she graduated on the President’s List.
Ms. Scott is a member of The Florida Bar.
